SEOmoz is an AMAZING resource for anyone looking to optimize. Comprehensive free and paid SEO tools are only the start. There are dozens of guides and training videos to SEO at all levels, an SEO ‘Marketplace’ where you can buy and sell services and then the two blogs; the YOUmoz blog features posts by members, SEOmoz features the editorial posts as well as the best of YOUmoz (I recommend adding this to the centre of your iGoogle page!).
I particularly enjoy the SEOmoz ‘Whiteboard Friday’ posts which involves an in-depth analysis to a particular element of SEO. Take a look at this example:
